7-time All-Star Tracy McGrady is unofficially finished as a member of the Houston Rockets. He won't be bought out, but management has told the disgruntled McGrady that he will be shopped around for a trade and not have his contract bought out. In the apparent mutual agreement, McGrady won't be seeing any more court time until his $23 million final year expiring contract is dealt.

'T-Mac' has averaged 3.2 ppg and just under 8 minutes a contest in the six game he's played this '09-'10 campaign. McGrady missed the Rockets first 23 games this season recovering from his microfracture knee surgery. Dissatisfied with lack of increased playing time, Coach Rick Adelman sent Tracy back to Houston to miss their two games against the New Jersey Nets and Houston Rockets.
The 30-year-old with the biggest contract will certainly have suitors seeking 2010 salary relief. McGrady served 6 seasons in Texas, wearing a Rockets jersey starting in '04-'05. That first year proved to be his best in the red and white, averaging 25.7 ppg, 6.2 rpg, and 5.7 apg. Houston is 18-13 and will host the New Orleans Hornets on Tuesday.
