Yao Ming Courts Too Soon

Yao Ming hasn't returned to the court after suffering a major foot injury during the 2009 post-season, however it appears that he has started his courting process before the NBA allows players to recruit free agents.

3rd All-Star Returns Are In

The biggest news from the newest release of the ballot count is that Tracy McGrady has surged back in front of Steve Nash by just over 1,000 votes to re-claim the second starting guard spot in the Western Conference. Fan voting ends on January 18th, and the biggest NBA All-Star Game ever held will take place on February 14th, in Dallas.

Tim Donaghy has been on a recent tour to all of the major news outlets in order to sell more copies of his book that is soon to be released. From ESPN to 60 Minutes to various different web outlets, Donaghy has continued to proclaim his innocence when it comes to fixing the outcome of NBA games. Meanwhile, the disgraced referee has been more than happy to throw several of his former colleagues under the bus. Now, two coaches are firing back.

First All-Star Ballot Returns Are In

As the NBA is gearing up for it's largest All-Star game ever, to be played in the new Dallas Cowboys stadium in front of a record crowd of more than 80,000, the fans are gearing up to see just who will be playing for the Eastern and Western Conferences when that February 14th night arrives. Today, the first returns of NBA All-Star ballots were released, and there weren't too many surprises.
